Would David Cameron Lead the Republicans?

Another difference between Tories and Republicans, besides gay rights and climate change. I can't imagine the leader of the Republican party admitting publicly that he sometimes wondered if it would be better if his severely disabled son (whome he clearly adored) were to die, and then leading his party. Nuance plays better to Tories than Republicans.
